This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. 5 Paws Hotel & Salon and its owners will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using the webcam or webcam services. In no event shall 5 Paws Hotel & Salon be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the webcam and/or information from 5pawshotel.com.

Use of the webcam for any other purpose other than those listed above is strictly prohibited. Those that we find abusing, altering, damaging, or otherwise degrading the function of the webcam will be blocked from the webcam services.

We will make every attempt for you pet to be visible on camera. However, this becomes increasingly difficult the more pets that we have at our facility. Please be aware that while we try to get your pet on camera, there is no guarantee that you will be able to monitor your pet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The use of these materials without the written consent of the webmaster is strictly prohibited. Hot linking of images from our server to another server is not allowed.
